The programme was birthed after observing at the ever-increasing unemployment among the educated youth graduated yet employers still find it hard to access appropriately trained labor force.
This is because of the practical and professional skills gap. The small case study shows that 70% of fresh graduates don’t align with today’s work place requirements by 3 months. This challenge even go to a year or so.
Therefore, this programme is to train, mentor, facilitate and skill graduates and young people to obtain both practical and professional skills that are critical at the workplace. It does this through a comprehensive hands-on engagement where they complete 21 modules that deliver a great deal of work experience just in two months.
This 3 months program is for you! The program priorities STUDENTS/GRADUATES who belong to departments of Management, Business & Technology but any other course can apply for professional dev’t.

Be reminded that this is a professional dev’t program and focuses on a holistic approach so that one develops the capacity to be competitive. Not necessarily focusing on training say software development though we assign you projects in line with specific areas of interest
