Young Professionals Programme

The Young Professionals Programme is an HR-function solution created to support onboarding programs for enterprises but also for fresh graduates; work preparedness intervention.

The programme was birthed after observing at the ever-increasing unemployment among the educated youth graduated yet employers still find it hard to access appropriately trained labor force.

This is because of the skills gap, both practical and professional. The small case shows that 70% of fresh onboarding graduates don’t still understand what to do at the end of their first three (3) months, this can go up to a full year, and the 30% cannot accomplish tasks without close supervision!

Therefore, this programme is to skill young employees with both practical and professional skills that is very critical at the workplace. It does this through a comprehensive period where they are required to complete 21 modules that makeup an excellent worker.
