I arrived early Monday morning, eager to meet the team. At the reception, I met Julius, a fellow GPAP program participant assigned to the Finance department. After signing a few documents with the Accounting Manager, I grabbed breakfast and took in my surroundings.

Before arriving, I imagined TechBuzz Hub as a massive space bustling with people. Instead, I found a more compact environment yet vibrant, engaging, and full of unique office spaces. The artwork on the walls was captivating, even if I didn’t yet understand its meaning.

Once everyone arrived, we gathered in the boardroom to introduce ourselves and share a bit about our journeys from childhood to now. It struck me that no matter where you studied, your dreams remain within reach if you don’t give up. The room’s energy was uplifting, with teammates who were both lively and inspiring.

In the afternoon, our team lead, Mr. Kenneth, challenged us to sharpen our observation skills. We each took turns naming what we noticed in the office. That’s when a quote in the boardroom caught my eye:
“All I ask is that TODAY YOU do the BEST WORK of your entire life.”

We later explored more of the office art, with each piece’s meaning explained to us. Suddenly, the space felt even more creative, inspiring, and full of purpose.

By the end of the day, I knew I was in the right place surrounded by dedicated staff, intelligent leadership, and an environment that pushes you to think beyond the box.
